GoMappED User Registration Agreement

1. Special Reminder

1.1 GoMappED agrees to provide Internet-based and mobile network-related services (hereinafter referred to as "network services") in accordance with the provisions of this user registration agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and the operating rules issued from time to time, in order to obtain network services and use services Persons (hereinafter referred to as "users") shall agree to all the terms of this agreement and follow the prompts on the page to complete all registration procedures. Please read carefully and fully understand the content of the terms of this agreement. Please pay attention to the terms exempting or restricting GoMappED's liability, terms of rights permission and information use, terms of law application and dispute resolution, etc. In order to make it easier to distinguish, the terms exempting or limiting GoMappED's liability have been reminded of the user's attention in bold form. When the user clicks the "Agree" button during the registration process, it means that the user fully accepts all the terms under this agreement. If the user does not agree to this agreement or any of the terms and conditions, the registration process should be stopped immediately, and GoMappED will not be able to provide you with network services. Minor users please read this agreement with their parents or guardians, and seek the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians before submitting personal information.

1.2 After the user is successfully registered, GoMappED will give each user a user account and corresponding password. The user account and password shall be kept by the user; the user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted with his user account. 

2. Service content

2.1 The specific content of platform services is provided by the educational service institution (hereinafter referred to as "Educational Institution") you choose during registration according to the actual situation.

2.2 GoMappED only provides related network services, in addition to equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the required fees (such as access to the Internet The payment of telephone charges, Internet access charges, and mobile phone charges for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

3. Service change, interruption or termination

3.1 In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that GoMappED has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of network services (including paid network services) at any time. GoMappED does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but GoMappED should notify as much as possible in advance.

3.2 The user understands that GoMappED needs to regularly or irregularly overhaul or maintain the platforms that provide network services (such as Internet websites, mobile networks, etc.) or related equipment, such as the interruption of charged network services within a reasonable time due to such circumstances , GoMappED does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but GoMappED should notify as much as possible in advance.

3.3 In the event of any of the following situations, the Educational Institution or GoMappED reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of network services (including paid network services) to users under this agreement at any time without any liability to users or any third parties:

3.3.1 The personal information provided by the user is not true;

3.3.2 The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this agreement;

3.3.3 The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee to the Educational Institution in accordance with the regulations when using the charged network service.

3.4 If the user’s registered free network service account has not been actually used for any consecutive 180 days, or the user’s registered paid network service account has not been actually used for 180 consecutive days after the expiration of the service subscription of the paid network service, Educational Institution has The right to delete the account and stop providing related network services to the user.

4. Rules of Use

4.1 When applying for the use of the GoMappED network services and systems, the user must provide the Educational Institution with accurate personal information. If there is any change in the personal information, it must be updated in time.

4.2 Users should not transfer or lend their account numbers and passwords to others. If users discover that their account has been illegally used by others, they should immediately notify Educational Institution. The Educational Institution and GoMappED does not assume any responsibility for the illegal use of accounts and passwords by others due to hacking or user negligence.  

4.3 When using the GoMappED network service, users must follow the following principles:

4.3.1 Comply with relevant Irish and EU laws and regulations;

4.3.2 Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

4.3.3 Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;

4.3.4 Do not use the network services in any form to infringe the commercial interests of GoMappED and the Educational Institution, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements not approved by GoMappED and Educational Institution;

4.3.5 Do not use GoMappED network services and systems to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;

4.3.6 Do not use GoMappED network services and systems to upload, display or disseminate any false, harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, vulgar and obscene or any other illegal information;

4.3.7 Do not infringe the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights or any other legal rights of any other third parties;

4.3.8 Do not use the GoMappED network services and systems to perform any behavior that is not conducive to GoMappED or the Educational Institution;

4.4 GoMappED and the Educational Institution have the right to review and supervise the use of GoMappED network services and systems by users (including but not limited to reviewing the content stored by users in GoMappED systems). If users violate any of the above regulations when using network services, GoMappED, the Educational Institution or its authorized persons The right to require users to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting user posted content, etc., suspending or terminating the user's right to use network services) to reduce the impact of user misconduct.

4.5 Any statement, notice, warning, etc. made by GoMappED in various ways (including but not limited to web announcements, emails, SMS reminders, etc.) regarding the use of certain specific GoMappED network services and systems shall be regarded as part of this agreement. The use of such GoMappED network services and systems is deemed to be that the user agrees to the content of such statements, notices and warnings.

4.6 If the following information appears in the user's nickname (including but not limited to), GoMappED or the Educational Insitution has the right to block, lock, or even log out:

4.6.1. Use nicknames that seriously violate national laws, regulations and customs, and contain or hide reactionary, pornographic information (including symbols, addresses, etc.);

4.6.2. Use the real names, fonts, numbers, stage names, pen names, titles, etc. of party and state leaders, celebrities who are relatively influential at home and abroad in ancient and modern times, and celebrities on the Internet as nicknames;

4.6.3. Use the names and logos of national institutions, enterprises, institutions, well-known companies or brands as nicknames;

4.6.4. Nicknames containing information such as gender discrimination, racial discrimination, and geographic discrimination;

4.6.5. Nicknames that contain uncivilised and unhealthy information such as insulting, obscene, or insulting, provoking, cursing, and personal attacks on others;

4.6.6. Nicknames containing information that is prone to ambiguity and misunderstanding by others;

4.6.7. Use of nicknames with GoMappED or the Educational Institution’s related names without official permission from GoMappED or the Educational Institution;

4.6.8. The nicknames of  the Educational Institution’s teachers and back-end managers are similar or similar, and may cause confusion or disputes;

4.6.9. Nicknames with obvious advertising nature;

4.6.10. Nicknames with information prohibited by other laws and regulations and GoMappED rules.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Any text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video materials contained in the web services provided by GoMappED or the Educational Institution are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws, and none of the above materials may be used without the consent of the relevant rights holders. Publish, play, rewrite or redistribute, directly or indirectly, in any medium for the purpose of playing or publishing, or be used for any other commercial purpose. All of these materials or any part of them may be stored on a computer for private and non-commercial use only. Neither GoMappED nor the Educational Institution shall, in any form, provide the user with any compensation for delays, inaccuracies, errors and omissions, or for any damages arising out of or arising out of the above information or in the transmission or delivery of all or part of the above information or any third party responsible. 

5.2 All rights to any software used by GoMappED or the Educational Institution to provide network services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, sound recordings, music, text and additional programs, and accompanying help materials contained in the software) Belonging to the copyright owner of the software, without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, the user shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

6. Privacy Policy

Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of GoMappED. For GoMappED's privacy policy, please refer to the related content of GoMappED "Privacy Policy".

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The user expressly agrees that the risks in its use of the GoMappED network service will be entirely borne by itself; all consequences arising from its use of the GoMappED network service are also borne by itself, and GoMappED does not assume any responsibility to the user.

7.2 GoMappED does not guarantee that the network service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, safety and accuracy of the network service.

7.3 GoMappED does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users. At the same time, GoMappED does not assume any responsibility for the content on any webpages that such external links point to that are not actually controlled by GoMappED.

7.4 For network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond GoMappED or the Educational Institution's control, GoMappED and the Educational Institution will not bear any responsibility, but will do its best to reduce the loss and impact caused to users.

7.5 The user understands and agrees that GoMappED shall not bear any responsibility for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by GoMappED to the user and any losses caused by them:

7.5.1 Various network services provided by GoMappED to users free of charge;

7.5.2 Any products or services presented by GoMappED to users;

7.5.3 Various products or services that GoMappED offers to users of paid network services.

7.6 The knowledge, professionalism and legality of the photos, articles or discussion forum comments uploaded by users shall be guaranteed by the users themselves. If the legal consequences such as infringement arise as a result, the user shall bear the responsibility, and GoMappED and the Educational Institution shall not bear any responsibility.

8. Compensation for breach of contract

8.1 If GoMappED violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to the user, GoMappED agrees to be liable for the damages caused thereby.

8.2 The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of GoMappED and other users. If the user violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to GoMappED or any other third party, the user agrees to bear compensation for the damages caused thereby responsibility.

9. Modification of Agreement

9.1 GoMappED has the right to modify any clause of this agreement at any time. Once the content of this agreement changes, GoMappED will directly publish the modified agreement content on the GoMappED website. This publication is deemed to be that GoMappED has notified the user to modify the content. GoMappED can also prompt the user to modify the content through other appropriate methods.

9.2 If you do not agree to the changes made by GoMappED to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network service. If the user continues to use the network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the amendments made by GoMappED to the relevant terms of this agreement.

10. Delivery of notices

10.1 All notifications from GoMappED to users under this agreement can be made through web announcements, e-mails, mobile phone text messages, or regular mail transmission; such notifications are deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of delivery.

10.2 The user's notice to GoMappED shall be delivered through the contact information such as the correspondence address, fax number, and e-mail address officially announced by GoMappED.

11. Legal jurisdiction

11.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and dispute resolution shall be governed by Irish law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.

11.2 If there is any dispute between the two parties regarding the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party can bring a lawsuit to the people's court where GoMappED is located.

12. Other regulations

12.1 This agreement constitutes a complete agreement between the parties on the agreed matters and other related matters of this agreement. Except for the provisions of this agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties to this agreement.

12.2 If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining clauses in this agreement shall still be valid and binding.

12.3 The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and should be ignored when interpreting this agreement.
